Learning, Teaching and Training Activity (LTTA) – Poland

The Learning, Teaching and Training Activity (LTTA) held in Poland brought together adult educators, trainers, and project partners to strengthen competences in health literacy education and practical adult learning approaches. The LTTA focused on exchanging methodologies, testing educational content, and building shared understanding around promoting health awareness, well-being, and informed decision-making among adult learners.
During the activity, participants engaged in interactive workshops, collaborative discussions, and hands-on sessions related to physical activity, mental well-being, personalized health goal-setting, and the use of digital health tools. Special emphasis was placed on translating research-based health literacy concepts into practical tools that can be applied in adult education settings.
