The project aims to improve personalized health literacy among adults, enabling them to make informed decisions about their nutrition, exercise, and mental well-being. By developing a digital platform and Health Literacy Toolkit, we aim to upskill educators and empower adult learners to adopt healthier lifestyles based on their personal needs. The project also seeks to enhance digital competences and promote sustainable health education practices in adult learning.
