Learning, Teaching and Training Activity (LTTA) – France

The Learning, Teaching and Training Activity (LTTA) organised in France brought together adult education professionals and project partners to further develop and strengthen competencies in health literacy education. The activity focused on deepening participants’ understanding of mental well-being, personalised health management, and the critical use of digital health tools in adult learning contexts.
Throughout the LTTA, participants took part in interactive workshops, collaborative learning sessions, and reflective discussions aimed at translating health literacy research into practical, learner-centred educational approaches. Special attention was given to supporting adults in managing stress, setting realistic health goals, and making informed decisions based on reliable health information.
